The DIVA Foundation is a non-profit organisation and aims to enhance the accessibility of ADHD assessment tools for patients and professionals alike. All payments must be made in full prior to the delivery of the clinical interview product. The prices for services may change without notice. Upon receipt of payment, an invoice will be issued, and a unique code will be provided for downloading the DIVA-5 PDF.
Users are responsible for complying with all local taxes or fees associated with their purchases. No refunds will be granted for incorrect purchases, including incorrect versions or languages of the DIVA interview. The DIVA-5 interview is the intellectual property of the DIVA Foundation; unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
